Lindy is a native of Hendersonville, which offers her a unique knowledge of the area that other Realtors lack. In demonstration of Lindy’s commitment as a real estate agent, Lindy has earned a number of renowned certificates and awards including Realtor of The Year Sumner County, Life Member Award of Excellence, RE/MAX Platinum Club & RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Award & Lifetime Achievement Awards from The Sumner Association of Realtors, RE/MAX Regional Broker/ Owner of the Year, Past President of The Sumner County Board of Realtors, and 2010 Business Woman of the Year-Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Lindy is presently ranked 4^th in the Nashville Business Journal's Top Realtors in the Nashville area and top 1% of all agents nationwide.
 
Despite her natural ability to put both buyers and sellers at ease and to address their unique concerns, Lindy hasn’t always been a real estate agent. She graduated from Memphis State University with a degree in Education and Marketing. As a former teacher, Lindy was appointed to the Governor’s Advisory Council for Vocational Education, and served on the Tennessee Special Education Advisory Council.  Lindy firmly believes in volunteerism and is an active member in various civic & community organizations.

Lindy is currently serving on the Foundation Board for the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of First United Methodist Church.

Her past involvement includes serving on the Board for Hendersonville Medical Center, Hendersonville Samaritan Center, Board of Trustees for Pope John Paul II High School, Cumberland Mental Health Services, United Way of Sumner County, The Jason Foundation (for teenage suicide awareness/prevention), and Hendersonville Community Child Care Center.  She was also a former Jaycees Outstanding Young Woman of the Year and former Woman’s Club Woman of the Year.

Lindy is a natural at helping people become involved members of the community.  Throughout her real estate career, Lindy has consistently demonstrated her exceptional negotiating skills, as well as her ability to successfully resolve difficult situations without adding unnecessary stress to her customers.
