Mike Gaughan has been providing buyers and sellers alike with quality service for over thirty years, making him one of the most knowledgeable people in Hendersonville regarding real estate on both the state and national level. Mike was born and raised in Hendersonville offering buyers and sellers a unique knowledge of the area that extends beyond that of the average Realtor. During his experience as a real estate agent, Mike has played a key role in turning Hendersonville into one of Tennessee's most family oriented communities. Before becoming a real estate agent, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Memphis State University, which today gives him an edge in the resale market due to his knowledge of residential construction and new construction.
Over the years, Mike has received numerous awards and certificates for his work with real estate, recognizing him as a regional real estate industry leader. Mike has been certified by the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and has received a Real Estate Broker's License and is now co-owner and managing Broker of RE/MAX Choice Properties. Under his management, the firm has received The RE/MAX Regional Broker/Owner of the Year award twice. Mike has also received Sumner County Realtor of the Year, Platinum Award, the county's highest real estate accolade, the Hendersonville 's Businessman of the Year honor and was honored for his extensive civic contributions by the Sumner County Commissioners and received the "Order of the Horse" award. The Order of the Horse award is a prestigious honor is given to an individual who has gone above and beyond in service to the county, and who has made a positive impact on the county's quality of life.
Mike believes strongly in the community and consistently is involved in any way he can. Mike's civic involvement includes multiple terms as President of The Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Sumner County United Way. He has also served as former Chairman for Board of Directors for Hendersonville Medical Center, the board of directors for The Sumner County YMCA and The Jason Foundation. Mike is presently serving on The Board of Directors for American Security Bank and Forward Sumner and also belongs to Hendersonville Rotary Club, attends First United Methodist Church with his family and is a member of the local Chamber Of Commerce for Hendersonville, Goodlettsville and Gallatin. Mike has also served on the TAR (Tennessee Association of Realtors) legislative committee, and as TAR President.

Despite her natural ability to put both buyers and sellers at ease and to address their unique concerns, Lindy hasn’t always been a real estate agent. Lindy graduated from Memphis State University with a degree in Education and Marketing and shortly became a teacher. Due to her status as a former teacher, she served on the Governor's Advisory Council for Vocational Education, as well as the Tennessee Special Education Advisory Council. Lindy is a dedicated member of the Hendersonville community and shows her support by being an active member in a variety of civic and community organizations. Presently, Lindy serves on the Foundation Board for the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of First United Methodist Church. Her past volunteering efforts include serving on the Board for Hendersonville Medical Center, Hendersonville Samaritan Center, Board of Trustees for Pope John Paul II High School, Cumberland Mental Health Services, United Way of Sumner County, The Jason Foundation (for teenage suicide awareness prevention), Hendersonville Community Child Care Center. She was also a former Jaycees Outstanding Young Woman of the Year and former Woman's Club Woman of the Year.
